BOOKING POLICIES

Welcome to The ETX Esthetician's Booking Policies Page. Your experience starts here, so let's outline our guidelines to ensure a smooth and satisfying appointment for everyone involved.

  • Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment there is a lobby to wait in. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior communication, you will be marked as a no show. No exceptions. I won’t reach out to check your status, and a no show fee of 75% of the booked service will apply. Timeliness is crucial to ensure we provide the best experience for all clients.

  • Please be advised that a 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment. If you fail to provide this notice, a fee of 50% of the booked service will be charged. This policy also applies if you arrive for your appointment but decide not to proceed with the booked service.

  • A no call no show is never acceptable at The ETX Esthetician. To ensure we value our time and that of our clients, a fee of 75% of the booked services will be charged for any missed appointments. Additionally, clients who do not show up will be required to pay a 75% deposit for future bookings, as we prioritize those who are committed to their self-care journey.

  • A credit card is required to be on file within 24hrs of your appointment being made or your appointment will be canceled. When booking please do not bypass this step as I will be contacting you to get your card information. If you are not willing to have a card on file you can send me a deposit of 50% by cash or a payment platform. If none of these are done within 24hrs your appt will be canceled.

  • I no longer will provide refunds for any reason on received services. If there is an issue with your service experience please let me know immediately and I will work with you to remedy the situation. 

  • We strive to provide a serene and professional environment for all our clients to enjoy their beauty services. To maintain this atmosphere and ensure the safety of both our clients and staff, we kindly request that appointments be attended by adults only. Exceptions can be made for quick appts of 20 min or less if your child is able to sit in the chairs and not mess with anything. If anything is broken or damaged by your child/children you will be responsible for replacing the items.
